Jacques, as well as his wife, were competent, kind and helpful. He was unable to install the transmission cooler before closing time yesterday. He reassured a worried woman, whose hubby was away for work, that he would stay and complete the job and bring the vehicle to me early the next morning so that I could get to my 9am dentist appointment downtown.
